TICKET PRE-SALE INFORMATION

I WANT TO GET FIRST ACCESS TO THE UPCOMING ARCHITECTS TOUR, HOW DO I DO THIS?

You need to order THE SKY, THE EARTH & ALL BETWEEN through the Official Music Store.

or

You need to register for access via the form hosted on the Official Music Store, you must confirm your email address.

WHEN WILL I GET PRESALE ACCESS?

If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email once the tour has been announced.

IF I ORDER MORE THAN ONE ALBUM FORMAT, WILL I GET ADDITIONAL ACCESS?

No, you will receive one code/link per customer.

I’VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM FROM ANOTHER RETAILER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE PRE-SALE ACCESS?

In order to qualify for the ticket presale, you need to order directly from the Official Music Store.

How do I get early access to tickets for Architects 2025 UK shows?

You need to have ordered The Sky, The Earth & All Between from architectsofficial.com before 3:00pm GMT on Tuesday 11th March 2025. 

Or, sign up via the form on the official store before 3:00pm GMT on Tuesday 11th March 2025. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRESALE ACCESS CODE?

If you purchased an album, or registered via the form, you will receive an email between 4:00pm and 6:00pm GMT Tuesday 11th March 2025, containing your presale code, a link to the presale and details of the tour. 

WHEN DOES THE PRESALE OPEN?

These emails invite you to purchase tickets in our exclusive presale window, running between 10:00am GMT between Wednesday 12th March 2025 and 10:00am GMT Thursday 13th March 2025.

Presale access does not guarantee you tickets; it guarantees your eligibility to access the ticket presale before general release. Please note, due to high demand tickets are extremely limited.

HOW DOES THE CODE WORK?

The code is only valid for the upcoming UK 2025 Tour.

Please keep the email containing your presale link and passcode, ready for the presale.

One code is issued per customer.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY CODE?

Simply follow the link provided in your email, which will take you to a designated presale page.

Please ensure you are entering your passcode into the appropriate box. 

I'VE PRE-ORDERED THE ALBUM, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CODE YET, WHY?

You should receive your code between 4:00pm and 6:00pm GMT Tuesday 11th March 2025, please check both your inbox and junk mail folders carefully to locate this email.

The code, along with all the tour details will be sent to the email address that you used when making your album purchase.

I'VE ENTERED MY PRE-SALE CODE – BUT IT DOES NOT WORK.WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Presales don’t guarantee you to tickets, but they do give you the chance to book tickets earlier, with fewer people trying to book at the same time.  If you are trying to find tickets and the result are "currently not available", that means the presale allocation has sold out.
